Services I Provide

I provide individual therapy to adults - ages 18 and up.  Occasionally, as an adjunct to individual therapy, we may decide it would be helpful to meet with a significant other, whether it be a parent, child, partner, or friend.  
 
Individual sessions usually last 55 minutes. On a case by case basis, it can be helpful to meet for an hour and a half.   
 
In addition to therapy, as a Washington State approved supervisor, I offer social workers and other mental health practitioners group and individual consultation and supervision - pre - and post-licensure.
